Coordinator accounts are created by Katharine McGregor. If your school sends students here and you do not have a login, email katharine.demo@projectz.xyz and she will set you up.
This picker is not part of the product. It exists so you can look around from both sides without an account. On the live site there is no such thing: coordinators sign in with a password, and Katharine McGregor signs in with hers.
Sign in as Katharine McGregor to see the hospital's side, or as a campus coordinator to see the same data from the other end of the relationship — including one whose school has not been approved yet.
Self-signup only gets a coordinator as far as a draft roster. A school has to be approved before anything reaches a cohort, and only she issues access levels and badges. The flag changes who does the typing, never who decides.
A peek straight into the database, so you can see the two authority models are real rather than described. No live site would show this on a public sign-in page.
