Before pushing anything new, the rules that already bit us: push a cohort, never the database — ~9,800 fabricated people have no vault and the far end has no delete, so every provision is permanent. A timeout on a deposit is indeterminate, never a failure — resending is what mints duplicates. And subject_email is the vault resolution key: re-point a person's address before their first deposit or not at all. The full story is in CLAUDE.md under "MeCentral".
